How do I return?
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
- State the reason for the refund. Attach images if possible.
- We will get back to you in 1 business day.
- We will provide you with the shipping label if the return is a consequence of an error that occurred from our end. (i.e., you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item). If the return is due to a customer error (Specified in detail below) the customer will pay for the freight charges for the return of the product.
Under what circumstances Returns and Refund/Replacements are accepted?
- Item / Items must be in the same condition as received.
- Items should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- You will also need to produce the receipt or proof of purchase.
Timeframe for returns to be accepted
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
When you can expect a refund
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return in the proper state mentioned above based upon which a decision of whether the refund/replacement will be approved or not will be made and informed through the email. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method
- Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception of the item/items. If it is defective or damaged, contact us immediately to evaluate the issue and process your request.
If you accidentally receive the wrong item, please reach out to us. Once your case has been taken upon, we will provide a shipping label you can use to return the item/items.
Note: You need to reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date if a wrong product has been delivered.
The fastest way to process an exchange is by returning the item you have received once we have received your item we will send across the exchanged item/items that you requested.
Order Never Arrived?
You will be provided a tracking number along with your order once the order has been shipped. The tracking number will provide you an update on where your order is. Use your track number on the link provided below to get the information
If you still have queries in regards to the above, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com with the order number, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
If you want to cancel an order, please ensure it is done before the been shipping has been processed. Once shipped it might take us a bit longer to cancel your order as this will involve us initiating a return which will take more time for us to cancel your order.
